BULLETIN WIRELESS ENSURES CHRISCO GETS DELIVERED

Bulletin Wireless' SMS mobile messaging technology solves delivery dramas for Chrisco Brands Australia.

The Chrisco Brands business is to deliver Christmas food hampers to their customers, with the payment for the hamper spread over the course of the year. Naturally, the success of Chrisco's consumer experience model was dependant on their ability to distribute parcels to their customers' correct addresses on time. A problem arose as customers moved house and forgot to notify the call centre, ensuing a costly delivery error that frustrated drivers and created a huge load of additional work for call centres. Bulletin Wireless resolved the situation by creating a "Have you moved?" SMS campaign to initiate customers to notify Chrisco of a change of address before their busy delivery season.

SMS campaign, Chrisco enlisted Bulletin Wireless for a sales driver SMS campaign that Comer enthuses was a great success; "Although we were not able to differentiate regular sales calls from those that came from the SMS campaign, I'm pleased to say the phones went absolutely ballistic over the three days of the campaign."
