Bulletin Wireless Exceeds Expectations at CTIA |
Bulletin Wireless’ first exhibit at CTIA in Los Angeles has proved to be a resounding
success for the internationally renowned wireless communications company.
Held at the Los Angeles Convention Centre in the USA, CTIA Wireless I.T. &
Entertainment is the largest mobile data convention in the wireless technology industry. The event took place from 12 – 14 September, and attracted over 15,000 visitors.
Exhibitors reported an extremely positive response to Bulletin Wireless services and
products. Attendees were impressed by Bulletin Wireless’ patented mTAG technology,
and a number of telecommunications companies and MVNOs appreciated the
powerful integration of mTAG with Bulletin Messenger in order to seamlessly broadcast
targeted messages.
CTIA provided the ideal location for the successful launch of Bulletin Wireless’ new
messaging product, mQuery. Simplicity and flexibility in wireless applications were
key consumer demands at CTIA, and mQuery proved its worth as an effective communications
tool, with a range of interactive alternatives for the user. With a capacity
to be adapted to suit the requirements of enterprises, integrators and content providers,
Bulletin Connect’s flexibility also rendered it an extremely powerful proposition
for the North American business communications sector. A couple of enterprises
signed contracts for the Bulletin Connect service in the days following the CTIA
show.
Bulletin Wireless president Bruce Herbert, is thrilled with the outcome of the CTIA
exhibit, “CTIA was a fantastic platform for Bulletin Wireless to release its new
enterprise offerings and consequently, we’ve had an overwhelming response to the
products and technology that drives these services. Clearly, our IP differentiates us
from the more common services – our technology has enabled us to overcome a
major limitation that the enterprise market has with routing replies to the respective
senders correctly.”
With Bulletin Wireless currently launching in the United States, Bruce says the success
of the CTIA exhibit confirms their perceptions that the US market will deliver the
largest growth opportunity over the next 12 to 18 months in the corporate/enterprise
sectors. He also states there is a significant opportunity for Bulletin Wireless through
the licensing of patented intellectual property and CTIA has led to several expressions
of interest to follow through with.
