Bulletin Wireless Announces Virtual Tours as Reseller

SYDNEY -- Bulletin Wireless, a leading developer of wireless messaging services, today announced that Virtual Tours, a leading Web developer has signed a Reseller agreement to deliver enhanced messaging services to the Real Estate Industry.

As a Bulletin Wireless Business Partner, Virtual Tours will provide SMS value add services to the real estate market across Australia and New Zealand utilizing Bulletin’s wireless ASP infrastructure and mobile network access connections, which now number approximately 400 carriers worldwide.

Real Estate companies will be able to offer Virtual Tours's SMS messaging services to its customers. Bulletin Connect will be deployed to deliver SMS notifications & information content out to employees and property buyers from Virtual Tour developed databases. One example of application use is to provide Instant notification of available properties, matched to buyer/vendor profiles, real estate agents and consultants.

Using Bulletin Wireless’s unique patented 2 way Mobile Originate (MO) SMS technology, Buyers/Vendors will be able to instantly activate or deactivate services directly from their handset, simply by sending SMS codes back into the Database application.

“Real Estate companies and their mobile staff and customers are in the ideal situation to fully utilize short messaging services (SMS). For companies to cut costs by decreasing mobile voice calls and having the ability to provide concise and instant notifications/and messages to relevant individuals & groups are key business drivers for using SMS solutions in this industry. We have a large real estate company here who distributes in excess of 30,000 messages per month to its 1200 mobile staff & customers. If you calculate each of those messages as 2 minute voice calls, compared to a straight 25 cents per message, the cost savings are substantial, says Philip Walls, Business Development Manager for Bulletin Wireless Australia.

Bulletin Connect is a comprehensive, integrated service for extending the reach of business applications, enterprise data, and Internet content to mobile and wireless devices. It will also support full integration with all Microsoft .net strategy products by using XML/SOAP interfaces, enabling mobile users to receive personalized information from Microsoft products to a broad range of PC’s, handheld's, and smartphones.
