A partnership between global wireless and voice communications experts Bulletin Wireless and China’s telecommunications giant Tecom will bring state of the art services to China’s million of mobile users.

For the past ten years, mobile telecommunication in China has been dramatically expanded. Today, out of China 1.3 billion population, there are more than 140 million mobile users.
