NEW ZEALAND -- Bulletin Wireless’s partnership with Vodafone offers Vodafone’s mobile users the latest in mobile connectivity. Mobile services are the fastest growing area of consumer demand and simple, easy to implement solutions for mobile users are the “edge” telecommunications companies need in a competitive marketplace.
Vodafone have selected Bulletin Wireless as one of the business partners for their range of wireless products because they believe we can provide the best products and services to their customers.
Vodafone New Zealand offers its customers three products developed by Bulletin NZ – Business web2txt+, netTxt direct, and txtMail. These are the Vodafone brand names for Bulletin’s Web Messenger, Customer Instant Messenger and Email2Mobile.
With Web Messenger a business can use its web browser to send messages out to it’s staff when they are not office based. One message, instantly, to as many mobiles as you like!
In consultation with Vodafone we worked to offer them two versions of the Web Messenger service giving their customers extra features and added flexibility. One popular feature we offer is the ability of a business to brand their web messenger page.
With Customer Instant Messenger a visitor to a company’s web site can send a message from that site directly to a staff members mobile phone. This is real customer service. And it saves the time and expense of all enquiries being relayed through company offices. This service is a simple pop up window on the website, branded for that company, where a visitor can type in a message and select a staff member from a scrolling menu of names. Simple, fast, and there are no software or IT requirements for Vodafone’s customers.
The Email2Mobile service that Vodafone have branded as txtMail is an email account for your mobile. All e-mails sent to your mobile email account will be delivered to your mobile phone and you can reply to those e-mails from your mobile! E-mails can also be forwarded to other addresses or mobile phones.
